We went out to dinner with friends last night, thanks for the great company by the way, at Mississippi Pizza and then took a stroll along Mississippi Avenue. It was a beautiful warm blue sky filled night. It seemed like everyone from the city was out and about enjoying the much anticipated, but rarely seen in recent months, glorious sun. Ah, and it was so good to wear shorts and flip flops. Very relaxing.

I took some shots as we walked, this being one of them. This tree was awesome. Huge, gnarly, limbs bent in impossible positions… just glorious. True natural sculpture.
