In the foreground are Don and Carolyn, famous first dance orchestrators. Wow… that’s quite a handle.

This is the last photo I took on Sunday after the Bridge Pedal. The building across the street from the Deschutes Brewery.

All they need to do is put in some swings adults can swing on. I love to swing. And maybe an enclosed dog park. Yeah… the pups would LOVE that. Any time off leash is good time.
This park is pretty cool though, or at least it’s going to be. They’re putting in two little league fields. Awesome.

Weston loves to chase chipmunks when we go camping. He always corners them under someone’s car. It’s cute. His tale, all curled forward like that, and him down on his front paws is called play stance. He was in it a lot at Davis.

Thought I’d randomly post a photo I took in London in May. The London Eye is a photographers dream. Interesting structure, loads of different perspectives, and it’s situated in a fantastic spot.
We’ve been home now for almost a month. I’m missing traveling this morning. Feeling nostalgic about our time in the United Kingdom. Maybe it’s time to crack open the scotch and get a little U.K. flavor running through my veins. Before work, or after? (yeah, yeah… I’ll wait, even if I don’t want to)

We went to the Home Show today. Two and a half hours of walking around, getting overwhelmed, and grabbing pamphlets. It was fun… tiring, but fun. Afterwards we headed to Noah’s Bagels on 23rd for a bagel dog. If you haven’t had one, try it. I’d recommend the asiago bagel dog. Tasty.
Following the show and the eats we went to Cathedral Park, once again, to walk the pups. They deserved it after being such good sports about spending some time in the car. We kept promising them… don’t worry, you’ll get a walk. We didn’t disappoint. Cathedral Park is a favorite spot for them… loads of good smells and such. Very entertaining if you’re a dog, and not too bad if you’re a human either. We all had a good time.
I took this shot standing under the St. Johns Bridge. I think I’ve taken loads of photographs of this bridge. I never seem to get tired of it.
Oregon Snow, originally uploaded by Tokenhippygirl.I’ve been messing around with manipulating some of my photographs. This was done in black and white and then the “color” was boosted up a bit. I like the effect.
This is a shot I used earlier in this blog… only a couple of entries before this actually. You can check them both out, the original and this one, to see which you like best.

1st in a series of three
I took a few black and white shots while we were wandering around the park…. still playing with those settings on the camera and experimenting with them. This is the first in a series of three shots taken at a drinking fountain.
