As I said previously, we’ve wandered around Portland a few times with the kids in the last couple of weeks. I took several shots during these walks. I love this one. It’s on the wall of a 24 hour fitness.

Lastly… this is the third photo I chose to donate to the Amani Center fund raising bash this coming Saturday. The Hawthorne Bridge, Portland. All three of these shots ended up looking great framed. Now, again… just hope I make the center some money on Saturday.

Well folks… today I submitted three prints as donations to a charity auction that will take place on Saturday. I’ll be there so I’ll see how my stuff actually does at auction. Sort of nerve racking. Maybe I’ll bid on it myself to up the ante. Thought I’d post them here so ya’all could see which ones I chose. This, taken of Westminster Abbey.

Here we all are. Sandy, Vicki, Karen (via the glasses), and me. You can’t see us very well really, but you can. Sandy would be the one hamming it up. You can barely make us all out, except Karen of course, who’s glasses and head came out quite nicely.

Yep, ya’all knew this shot was coming. The classic, but never boring, foot shot. Guest feet in this shot besides Karen and mine are Maggie, Sandy, Kate, and Kristen. Sitting here right now I can’t remember who’s foot was who’s. I took this on the Marquam with Portland in the background.

The grating on the Marquam was pretty darn cool. Kristen’s foot played a starring role in this shot.

Just another random post. I took this photograph on the Holy Island, Lindisfarne, when we were in England. Loved it. And the island… very cool. Highly recommend a visit there.

A train passed as we walked along the river in Vancouver Friday night and I had to take a photo of it. Some of this art is so stellar. Gallery worthy. Amazing.

After dinner at McMenamins last Friday night the four of us walked along the river. There’s a great path that runs for several miles along the river an then in to Fort Vancouver. Along this path there are some nice sculptures. This is one of them. Can you find Sandy?

As we walked along the River Thames we passed this very cool skate park. Massive, painted, and really cool.

Great murals. The plan is to cover the whole building. The murals face the Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge along the Springwater Corridor. Pretty cool.
