I lived off Interstate Ave in the Northwest section of the city, but my dad worked downtown. And I’ve missed it ever since. Camping with the family, Fly fishing with my dad on the Willamette, visiting my uncle who farmed pigs in the wilds of Prineville. All great memories that draw me ever westward.

I don’t know how much all of these kind people know about you from reading your blog, I’d like to think I know you well. You are, without a doubt, one of the greatest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing for my entire life. I only say one of because you were cut from good stock…. Mom, all of her siblings and their families, Grandma and Grandpa, and even Dad … All great people with hearts bigger than this world. You however are more special to me than all of the above. We have been through alot together you and I… This journey of life has had it’s share of ups and downs and through it all you never once treated me like the pesky tag-along younger brother. Instead, you treated me with love and respect, and with your kind heart, your uncanny ability to find the humor in every day life and your positive, up-beat attitude. you have helped me through some of the hardest times of my life.
