We received a package yesterday, didn’t know we had it until late last night when Karen took the dogs out, and there it was… sitting by the front door. Shows you how much we went out yesterday. Granted, we don’t use the front door when we go in and out, but still. Too funny. So this morning we opened the package and inside was a lovely lovely card and two hats, one for each of us. Thank you Jan! The card actually made me cry. Really wonderful. We promise to take a photo of us in the hats and post it on Facebook.
It’s amazing… the thoughts, love, prayers, wishes, hopes, vibes, etc. that have come in and continue to. I am blown away by it all. I have always known that my friends and family were stellar. I have known that the people in my life are fantastic and that they love me…. but to get all the words of encouragement and little packages (like today), and notes… it humbles me. I am thankful every day for you all, and am so blessed to have you all in my life. I do not take you for granted… know that. I am so very lucky.
