50 Movies of The Future… And Some Sequels
I was thinking about film today, as I do pretty often, wondering what I’d pick if I tried to come up with a combo list of slightly strange sci-fi movies including some post apocalyptic stuff. love quite a few of these films… Boy & His Dog is one of The P’s favorites! Not many folks have ever seen it, or to go one further – ever heard of it either. I think You & the P’s taste in Sci-Fi is so similar it’s eerie. Nearly all of these would make it onto my own list… But Girl. Waterworld? holy she-it… Seriously?
oh… meant to add… Brazil, Buckeroo Bonzai & Naked Lunch all come to mind when I read these.
L… Yeah, I knew Waterworld would be controversial and I do like it. Mostly, I think, because of the concept of it, not so much for the content. If you know what I’m saying. Though, seriously, how could one not be compelled by hair CGI. ha ha ha!!! As for your suggestions… damn, I do love those as well. Especially Buckeroo Bonzai Across the 8th Dimension. I knew I’d forget some. That’s why I have hip friends like you, to give me a swift one to remind me.
