When you remodel things come up. Like the discussion about whether or not we should re-roof the entire house when the addition was roofed. Decision… re-roof. It was 15 years old. We decided it would be best to have it all be the same age. It took them one day to tear off the old roof and stack the new roofing material on top of the old roof in preparation for putting it on. These guys work fast.
