We enjoyed a bite to eat at Chez Jose in the Burlingame neighborhood of Portland the other night with some friends after buying the kayak. This was what I had… shrimp enchilada with black beans, corn, and rice. Oh, and let’s not forget the blue margarita barely visible there up top. Pretty tasty tidbits I must say. They are good, local, and into being green. All very fine qualities to find in a fine dining establishment. One thing to remember… the plates are hot. Otherwise… thumbs were up.
